I should have known when I woke up this morning it was not going to be all plain sailing. I have indeed tried to get the fishermans rib hat right this afternoon. Ummm should have waited till tomorrow.
Once again all went well on the 1/1 rib. I hung the side weights and very carefully took the carriage across. What happened was a spectacular jam...........
One of the side weight hangers was slightly bent - not a lot, but just enough to raise above the carriage which in turn caused the needles to end up all twisted and jammed.
