Finished knitting the owl mitts for my friends birthday. Had the 17 year old girl who is staying with me, saying "Oh Paula, they are so cute", and "I love these Paula". Never let it be said I cannot take a hint. She wore hers all day yesterday, and friends all want pairs too. I am now on my third pair, this time in a different colour. I have also promised Shelby a knitting lesson, as she wants to make some too. I had no idea these would be so popular, am I going to have time to knit anything else between now and Christmas????
